Dr. Singh, born and raised in India, graduated from University of Arizona, College of Medicine in 2004. He specializes in Internal Medicine dealing with prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult diseases. He started practicing Primary care medicine in Green Valley, AZ after his graduation in addition to working as a Hospitalist in several Tucson Hospitals. After serving the geriatric population in Green Valley for 3 years, he moved to Tucson where he worked in several nursing homes providing subacute and long term care.

Dr. Singh established Pinnacle Healthcare in Feb 2010 with a single goal of serving the elderly population of Tucson. He has served as a Medical Director of several nursing facilities and was actively involved with the prevention of unnecessary hospitalizations. He currently serves as the medical director of Harbor light Hospice.

In 2014, he started home-based primary care service where elderly and homebound people are seen in the comfort of their homes at no additional cost. This has now grown to cover Metro Tucson, Green Valley, Sahuarita, Oro Valley and Saddlebrook. He has now added office-based primary care at their new location on Grant Road and is available to see patients in his office along with his team of nurse practitioners. He continues to work as a hospitalist in SCRV hospital in Green Valley.

When not working, Dr. Singh enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, traveling, biking, hiking, and Golfing with his friends.
